Yi Huang
About
I will join the Min H. Kao Department of EECS at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2026, where I will be part of the Foundational AI Cluster. I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I received my Ph.D. in September 2025 under the supervision of Professor Qiangfei Xia and in close collaboration with Professor Joshua J. Yang, Professor Linda Katehi, and TetraMem Inc.. I also hold both a B.E. and an M.S. from the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where I worked with Professor Zhigang Zeng.
